This Be My Normal Face...
The Spiel
This be my normal face... Except that it's not. I felt like doing some hard core "normal" makeup today because I haven't been able to any as of late due to my psycho puppy needing to be watched all. the. time. But yeah, if I was going out one night, this is generally what I look like! Day time I am never bothered with false lashes, although I wish I was because I flipping love them. And my dark lip... Actually no, I LOVE dark lips and tend to wear them whenever I'm in a really good mood/really bad mood, and seeing as I run at a 1-3 or a 7-10 most days, I wear dark lips a lot... 
And yeah I know the rule, you should either focus on lip or eye, but guys, rules were made to be broken. That's like telling me because I have blue eyes I shouldn't wear blue eye shadow - I'll wear whatever colour shadow I want. *Such a rebelllllllll*

Comic Book Makeup; Revamped
The Spiel
So, last night I did a different sort of Comic Book Makeup for Crown Brush UK's weekly comp (#MakeupMonday) and I wanted to do something different to the classic red dots etc. So this happened! It was inspired by another artist I used to follow on Instagram but sadly doesn't exist anymore *sadness*. Anyway I added some flairs of my own and then added it to Reddit (and forgot to watermark....) and it blew up while I slept. Completely. Unexpected. I attempted to blog last night but the latest addition to my life (a little Mini Dachshund named Eevee) decided my laptop was an excellent place to run across! So my SO is currently entertaining her so I can blog quickly! Can I quickly add, this is COMPLETELY un-photoshopped. No filters. No anything. Seriously guys, I struggle with blogging let alone something complex as photoshop... 

And this is the devil who kept me from blogging/extended the makeup process by an hour...

 And for anyone doubting this is just makeup, this was my (sort of) step by step process!

Base: Graftobian Creme Foundation (Palest in Neutral Palette) mixed with small amount of Ben Nye White Creme Makeup
Black: Inglot Gel Liner (#77) 
Red: Ben Nye Lumiere Palette Cherry Red with a small amount of Ben Nye White Creme Makeup
Blue: Ben Nye Lumiere Palette Cosmic Blue with large amount of Ben Nye White Creme Makeup
Hair: TAG Black Aqua Paint & the Red colour already mixed for my face!

Hooray! I'm actually shocked at the amount of likes this makeup has done, and hugely humbled. Thank you for the love and support guys!

The Spiel
So for this sinner, I had the idea in my head for ages, it just needed a second person to complete it. Unfortunately it took a lot of convincing to get my SO to partake, buttttt tonight he finally caved! Woooo! So I give to you "Lust", in "Flirting with Death". Speaks for itself, really... Do we need a spiel? This chick is literally lusting all over the shop, and the one she's set her sights on is.. well, trouble! Spiel done. Photos! I Have an Addiction...

Ok, confession time; I have an addiction. It's pretty serious, and it has been going on for a while. Ok.. I'll just say it... My addiction... is to Mermaid Makeup. I just. Can't. Stop. I WON'T stop! I freaking LOVE mermaids. Wish I was one, in fact. Seriously - would be awesome. So, I tend to do mermaid inspired things often. Shimmery, fantasy eyes? Usually inspired by Mermaids. Gradient, sparkly lips? Mermaid scales inspired. That purple hair I used to rock? That shit, was my mermaid hair. Anyway, after a few too many Mermaid makeups I was all "Enough, should probably try something new". So I quit for a while... Well, at least I didn't post them on any social media sites. But then, something great happened! A certain lovely on instagram (heyy @eli_iniguez!!) told me about @glam_sass's contest going on, and what is the theme? FREAKING MERMAIDS, MAN! If ever there was an excuse to get out my netting and cover myself in scales - this was it. So, it happened. And then I sat on my bed for like 2 hours, ate dinner, walked around the house - decked out as a mermaid (at least from the chest up). It was magical, and I hope you enjoy the final product!

Hey, also... Side note, I took photos with & without the lashes because they were reals stiff and I couldn't get them to sit right, but I was super proud of my creations so as if I wasn't going to include them!

So it's 11:30. I'm watching some O.C. (flashbacks to being a hip 13 year old, so many cringe worthy moments), and sleep... Yeah sleep isn't going to happen for a while. Seven Deadly Sins - Gluttony

The Spiel:

This look Kicked. My. Ass. The final product was my fourth attempt at it!!! Just... Ahhk. So I was really happy with how it turned out (big thank you to all my r/makeupaddiction peeps who gave me critiques & suggestions etc.), but then the photo quality didn't turn out. All in all Gluttony has been the biggest pain of a sinner yet - but on the upside I got to eat quite a few lollies! So, wasn't all bad. ANYWAY! This sinner lovesss food. Lolly after lolly, it's all consumed, and at a rapid pace. Today however, isn't her lucky day. She over did it and was too excited to get to the next lolly and swallowed the one she was on while it was too big and woops.. she choked. So this look I completed in stages! First, she has some lollipop lips. Second, shes finished that and is wiping away the mess. Then she moves onto a Ghost drop. Finally, she's crying and panicking and the lack of oxygen is making her go blue.
